Autumn has arrived! These dogwood leaves caught my eye this week, so I snapped a portrait while I was outdoors swatching. With the shortened days (it's getting dark at 5:00 pm) and even a few frosty nights, it's clear that winter's on the way. Today, it's cold and windy. I can deal with the cold; it's snow that makes winter so miserable. Can it be pretty? Yes, if you never need to go anywhere.
