Lil' Wayne who is set to be a marquee performer at this year's MTV Video Music Awards, plans on delivering the oft-delayed 'Carter IV' earlier than scheduled. Liltunechi will be releasing the digital version of 'Tha Carter IV' immediately after the VMA's!!
So if you are dying to get your hands on the disc, let your fingers do the walking and DOWNLOAD it via Itunes! The physical version will be released as planned. Lil' Wayne had this to say about this 'break through' idea.
